Do You Even Onboard, Bro?

You know how sometimes it’s easier to do something a particular way in the beginning, but it leaves a giant mess to clean up later? 

Because of the painstaking way we onboard and manage client assignments, it kills us to see how client accounts are set up (in Facebook or Google, for instance) by “experts” they’ve trusted. 

Here’s the thing: if your business model is to own (hijack) the client’s ad manager accounts or platform seats or data so it’s more difficult for them to break up with you later, perhaps the advertising business is not for you.

Does it take more effort to do things right from the outset? Yes. Especially when we’re correcting errors from the past. 

But it pays off in better results. 

And when it’s done right the first time, it doesn’t have to be done again.
